I applied through an employee referral. The process took 7 months. I interviewed at Deloitte (Toronto, ON) in Jan 2018
Interview
Applied via employee referral. It was very much a hurry up and wait process. There were stages where it was rushed along because they were desperate and then I would hear nothing for a month. Following every interview I got extremely positive feedback. I followed up. I've had nothing but positive feedback throughout the whole process. And then after I have been told that all approvals are in place I receive an email to say that they are putting recruiting on hold. It has been such a collaborative process so far I'm surprised at this, especially given how professional Deloitte is supposed to be.
