Interview
I had to go through two interviews, first with a graduate and second with a partner. The first interview was supplemented by a case study, and was competency based. We mainly spoke about my past internship experience and results from projects I have worked on. The questions were conceptionally not difficult, they just wanted to see how I have dealt with particular situations, problems, etc. The second interview was very similar but emphasised more on what I could give to the company. I also had to do a presentation on which I was asked some tricky questions after. As a whole, quite straightforward application process.

Tell me about a time you had to work under tight deadlines.
Very friendly conversation. Good vibe, time to explain my CV and some questions about myself, teamwork, experience, education, etc. The interview was in english and lasted for about thirty minutes.
Hubo tres entrevistas. La primera para conocer la empresa, la segunda con recursos humanos y la tercera con un gerente. En la segunda fueron preguntas de motivación y la última preguntas de motivación + juego mental final.

It has an aptitude round and english round all in one . Moving forward to the interview directly. It was very basic questions from java and about the projects I've worked on.
