I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Deloitte (Londres, Inglaterra) in Nov 2016
Interview
After completing a number of online tests, I was invited for a first interview with a Senior Manager. The first part consisted in a case study which was rather straightforward. I was given 30 minutes to prepare this, after which the Manager came into the room and began asking me about the case first. Later on I was asked some career motivation questions as well as questions relating to a project I had recently completed to demonstrate Deloitte's required competencies. Overall the interview was a pleasant experience and not too difficult.
The second and final interview was face to face with a Partner. Most of the interview was spent discussing my CV, why Deloitte, why Audit. This was followed by the presentation I was required to prepare for this interview. Overall, this interview was again a pleasant experience, more of a chat with the interviewer than an intimidating formal interview.

Interview
It was great. It’s a very open process, and they provide feedback regardless of your outcome, which I believe is very helpful and a great opportunity to learn and improve for future applications.
