De procedure bestond uit een HR gesprek, twee case interviews en partner gesprek gevolgd door voorstel. De case interviews focussen op een business uitdaging/probleem. Zowel logisch redeneren als numerieke skills worden getest.
First a phone called, followed by Assessment quiz and puzzles and then Manager interview followed by a partner interview. Over a lot of behavioral questions not much technical questions at all
There were 2 rounds in campus placement process. First being the case study round that lasted for 45 mins and second was related to the workex that lasted for 25 mins.
Chiaro su obiettivi e compensation. 1 colloquio HR e 1 tecnico. Molto soddisfatto nel complesso delle modalità e dell’-approccio. Il colloquio HR è stato molto generico mentre con il manager è stato possibile approfondire l’aspetto tecnico e di conoscenza delle lingue.
