Telephone interview- this was a typical interview on why you had applied for the role and what skills do you have which are suited to it.
Assessment centre- 3 exercise. An interview with a manger, a group presentation and a written exercise.
Partner interview- one on one interview about your personality and your fit within the team.

It was a two stage interview. First the managers interview which also serves as the panel interview. Then the partners interview. Ideally, it is mostly brief. it can be one or more partner.

Overall, it was a good experience. Suggest preparing well and being honest to align with the company’s values and long-term goals. The questions vary depending on the role probably. Also suggest preparing your own questions, those are always important.
The interviewer was nice. Mostly bq questions, it was a 60 min back to back. The overall difficulties is around three out of five, and contain a question section at the end,
