It was smooth, most of the time it is required you drive the interview, it is imp to show how well you do deep dices on designs, narrow down bottlenecks and why the design decision was taken.
Easy interview with most of the questions related to the job description. The interviewer was calm and responsive and the questions he asked was based on my experience and the job I perform
Initial CV review, then manager interview, another interview with the senior manager with a case study, a written exercise and finally the Partner Interview.
The whole process was relatively quick and the people I have met were very nice.
