Interview
The interview went really smoothly and was more conversational than technical. The hiring manager mainly asked about my previous working experience, the scope of my current role, and my reason for choosing Deloitte. I was expecting more technical or scenario-based questions related to statutory reporting and compliance, but it turned out to be more of a general discussion about my background, career goals, and overall fit for the team.
Very straightforward and comfortable session. The interviewer describes job roles and asks about your past experiences. Further discuss about what you want to achieve in the company. They want to know more about you by asking about your background.
Interview process was smooth and fast. After first he interview it only took couple of days before I received an invitation for final interview. After final interview it took one week to receive an offer

Good and clear process with a lot of technical rounds. The interview was very long and but everything was communicated very step of the way. There was no communication gap and the offer letter was explained well.
