I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Deloitte (Londres, Inglaterra) in May 2015
Interview
Applied online in February then they sent a link to complete the online assessment: numerical, verbal and psychological tests. Successfully passed the assessments then they sent a questionnaire basically decide which sector is suitable for you. There was only 'tax' left and I've got corporate tax in the end. After about 2 months they called me to book the first interview which involves a casual interview with some competency-based questions and a case study. The whole interview takes about one and half hours.
I applied through college or university. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Deloitte (Chicago, IL)
Interview
1.) Career Fair- gave them my resume and elevator speech.
2.) On Campus interview- First, went over my resume and asked about my hobbies, jobs, qualifications, etc. Then, mostly behavioral Questions. Asked what you would do in a certain scenario. Then switched to a different interviewer. Questions were fair yet they were challenging because they made you think about past examples of leadership, skills, etc.
3.) On-Site Interview: Mostly fit questions. They wanted to see if you could talk to Partners under pressure and if you were a good candidate.

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Deloitte (Singapur) in Feb 2015
Interview
First we had to submit our application on their website, including past working experience, resume and degree transcript. Next there will be a phone call or email asking you to come down for an interview. Before the interview there will be a literacy test of three open ended questions (what are the three things you look out for in a career etc). The interview itself is conducted by a manager or director of the department you are applying for, and takes about 20-30minutes.
