On campus interview with two employees after applying online. Behavioral interview about thirty minutes per employee. Laid back and not a stressful line of questions. Met the interviewers at the pre-interview reception banquet.

Applied through the campus recruiting process, received offer after two weeks. The process had two in person interviews. If the interviews went well, there were three social event invitations which they used to determine if you would be an appropriate fit with the company.
