The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Deloitte
Interview
Pathetic hiring process in every way possible. This is supposed to be one of the dream companies, but ended up worse than a startup which doesn't know how things work or how to manage. They never cared about my time and even with knowing me traveling pretty far to my office and for this particular interview they called me three times wasting three days which also include a video call which I could have taken from anywhere. Now, coming to the final day and final round the answer given to me was that the Director explicitly mentioned he is confused which role he is supposed to hire me for, which was absolutely ridiculous after wasting whole lot of my precious time. I have had enough industry experience to take decisions at fastest time and reducing hiring time for the candidate too, but here even the director is clueless about how to go about.. then I wonder how such an organization even functions properly.

Same questions like tell me about yourself every round which I found ridiculous
I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Deloitte (Nanjing, Jiangsu) in Mar 2015
Interview
First I sent my resume to the recruitment email. After 1 week, I received a phone call and did a small phone interview. After the phone interview, we arranged a interpersonal interview. I went to Deloitte and interviewed with the HR staff and the other day I was told that I pass the first round and have another interview with the HR manager. I attended the interview with the HR manager and did a technical skill interview on a laptop after the interview.

I applied through college or university. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Deloitte
Interview
Applied through school. Got interview pretty soon. Two 30 min phone interview. Very punctual. One case interview and one behavioral. Average questions. Same interview for interns. They take this pretty seriously. Even this is just for a conference. Rescheduling instruction is clear. Communication is really professional.
