received invitation to an online assessment right after application (was pretty long), then a one-way video interview with short questions asking about my interest in the role applied for and the organisation, after that was an interview with managers which is more focused on my past education and work experiences.

Online tests, which require the ability to make prudent and precise decisions. Numerical and verbal skills are necessary. Online video interviews show one's ability to solve problems. My case study involved the merger of two oil companies, one multinational and one Nigerian.
