I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Deloitte (Sídney) in Apr 2018
Interview
Assessment centre with a group task, it was more about how you communicated with team members rather than the task itself (which was to come up with strategies about how a struggling luxury retailer could turn around their business). This was followed by a short interview straight after. Then followed by a partner interview (1 on 1) the following week.

Question 1
What things have I heard about Deloitte?
When have I formed an effective partnership with a team member and what we accomplished?
A time that I received criticism/feedback and how I incorporated this in future.

Interview
Starts with an online application with a few questions on why you want to work for Deloitte and why Audit, then an online assessment of Deloitte's internal messaging system simulation followed by a video interview where you go into detail on why you want to be apart of their graduate programme. A few weeks after that you get an email with an invitation to interview in Deloitte offices in Dublin and you pick your interview time and date.
Face-to-Face interview is 1 hour long and consists of 2 interviews; a 45 min long one with an assistant manager and senior manager in Audit and then a 15 min interview with a partner of Deloitte.
The first interview with the two managers consists of a in depth discussion of your CV. Pretty much the entire 45 mins is taken up by your CV as they go into a lot of detail.
In the second interview with the partner, they ask you why Deloitte and why Audit, what do you like about the graduate programme in Deloitte, and more Qs on your career aspirations. I found this part of the interview more tough as the questions are definitely designed to throw you off and assesses your ability to think on the spot.
Afterwards, you are told that you will hear back in the next few days, I did not hear back for almost 2 weeks after, while hearing from other candidates that they heard back from Deloitte almost immediately, so it seemed a bit unorganised on their end. When I asked for feedback on my interview I was told by Deloitte that I could not get feedback on how I did, which I think is really unhelpful as the graduates took time to prep and interview at Deloitte, so I feel they deserve to be told why they did not get the position in the end. In the future, Deloitte really should work on this.
