I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Deloitte (Bruselas)
Interview
Contacted by a HR specialist via LinkedIn. Then, one interview with HR specialist + Director, before final decision. Overall, the process was quick yet intense, as the interview was 1h long (with field related and challenging Q&A)

The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Deloitte (Londres, Inglaterra) in Jan 2023
Interview
General competency questions followed by a timed case study which was then discussed during a follow-up interview with the Partner.
Radio silence for weeks after the final interview. No feedback, no confirmation (yes/no), no replies, a truly an awful experience. Will not be applying to Deloitte again.
At the very least, if a candidate has spent hours interviewing through your process and has reached the final stage, you should let them know if they’ve been unsuccessful. My application still shows as active a month after my final interview.
