Deloitte Gerente interview questions

The interview process is quite structured with a two stage interview process (first and second interview) and having an acceptable pace. The interview is organised by human resources and led by the respective business partner.

It was quick and transparent process. There were a total of 4 rounds. The first round was with a senior manager. I was given a case study to solve and subsequently asked questions as I was solving for it. Second round was more behavioral. Third and 4th rounds with the MDs of the team. Every team member I met with was professional and just plain nice. And my HR was phenomenal. I enjoyed the entire process.
