First HR contact, then meeting in Teams 1:1 with industry manager, then Partner and HR. All interviews duration 1 hour - behavioral questions, technical skills and general understanding of the industry (audit and accounting).

Consisted of 3 rounds, very well planned. Business case study, technical round & partner round. Lot of ERP implementation questions were asked & related past experience. Technical round had integration related questions.
