The process took 1 year. I literally would hear from them every 3 months, a new recruiter would contact me to say they want to proceed to the next step and then silence again for another 3 months and another recruiter. I interviewed with 2 people and in the end, after another 3 months of silence, a new recruiter emails me to say they need to follow up on the status of my application. They didn't even know I had met twice with their hiring team and was sent additional forms to complete. In the end, they decided to not offer me the role. But did it really need to take 1 year?

Interview
Short interview with hiring manager and then contacted by head of department. Casual interview, culture fit, get to know how you work & aspirations etc. Not overly structured. Curious and personal which was nice.

Interview
Assessment centre was good but very competitive. Different tasks were engaging and it was nice having time to speak to others during the day. Interviewers were friendly and actually gave you the time and space to answer.
