I applied through other source. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Deloitte (Mumbai) in Oct 2024
Interview
Technical round was easy and was easy to crack. Questions asked were related to the profile. Deep Technical question were asked. The candidate should be well prepared before the interview.
Didnt pass, but was a nice challenge
Strong baseline, but the application underutilizes your capabilities. The profile lists responsibilities without articulating impact or scale. Outcomes are implied rather than quantified, which weakens the value proposition. Technical strengths are present but not anchored to concrete deliverables or measurable improvements. Homelab work and certifications demonstrate growth but are positioned as side notes instead of strategic assets. Overall: high potential, but the narrative requires tighter framing around problem ownership, execution, and results to differentiate you in a competitive engineering pipeline.
