I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Deloitte in Oct 2010
Interview
The first 2 interviews were on-campus(1 behavioral+1 case). They went well and was called on-site 2 weeks later. The weird part was all the guys from the 1st round got calls on-site.
The on-site interview(1 interview comprising of behavioral+case) was a complete eyewash. The interview went well(with the interviewer appreciating my answers). However, the interviewer didn't seem interested(there were no notes being taken as in the 1st round) and it seemed as though the interviewer wanted to get over it asap.It seemed to me as if they had made their decision before hand. The interviewer said best of luck to me after the interview which gave me the signal that they aren't going to hire me.
I got a reject by e-mail a week later.I had no idea what went wrong!
I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Deloitte in Sep 2010
Interview
Resume drop through my university. Received notification promptly, and the recruiter let me change my cover letter after the deadline because I made a typo.

Question 1
Imagine that Verizon is releasing the iPhone today and they want to launch a separate custom service department. Walk me through the considerations, how would you design the systems to link with Verizon's current CRM systems, and give me 1 killer idea that will make this customer service unit the best of the bunch.

Interview
FIrst round was a case study, consisting of an energy company. The company wants to update to a new reporting system. How would you go about organizing this transition to the new system?
They basically wanted to see you walk them through the SDLC (system development life cycle). There is good help for this type of case on their website, so I would study the cases on their website.
Second round was next day, got swift responses, which was a plus.
