I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Deloitte (New York, NY) in Oct 2015
Interview
2 on-campus interviews and 1 on-sight interview in the NYC office. First interview on campus was a back-to-back with 2 partners, one for the office I applied for, the other was a partner at a different office. The following on-campus interview was with 1 partner and 1 manager. Both were relative good. The last one on-sight was generally disheartening. It was also a back-to-back interviews with 2 partners. The first partner just didn't seem interested enough to keep the conversation going, by the time it got to me asking him questions (which I asked what is something he felt the company could improve on), and he replied "there is really nothing for improvement"....

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Deloitte in Dec 2013

Referral - I got the phone screen first. There were just normal behavior questions like why are you interested in assurance. After two weeks later, I got email to have an office visit. On that day, I met two partners. The process were very smoothly, and they are very nice. I got offer one day after onsite interview.
