Hi, I am pursuing B. Sc. Computer Science. I applied through my college campus registration which was an off-campus drive for 6 Arts & science colleges.
We had 2 rounds in total.
The First round is an online aptitude test which was conducted by aspiring minds(amcat). It was an adaptive round consisting of three sections - Logical, Verbal & Quants. In total, the test was approx. for an hour with 50-55 questions(More than 50 for sure). You do have a sectional cutoff. Most of them tell it's a difficult round but its pretty easy to crack(in our case) if you are good at aptitude(no need to be an expert to crack). The test was conducted on 14th & we got the result on 23rd.
Our next round was on 24th, This round was a 1-1 HR round with a case study. We had all three rounds(Case Study, Tech & Personal) combined with a single HR. Few of my friends were tested completely based on their resume & technical skills. One thing you need to make sure is to be thorough with each & every corner of your resume. All the HR persons were really cool & gave enough time to answer their questions.
In my case, it was completely different. It was kind of a mock interview where I was completely questioned in the case study. I was completely tested on the approach to the problem step by step & not on the solution. My HR was also cool & gave me time to think & answer. Also questioned in a few areas about which I had no idea. The only thing is you must be very confident with your answer & what you know. Don't get panic if the HR repeats or asks you, again and again. Just stay calm, make sure you are confident in your answer. Give realistic ideas & approach.
Overall it was a great experience with a happy ending
It was difficult for me because it was a mock interview. Few went very smooth.
