It was Infra and Security team, I had 2 rounds, first round taken by a panel of 2(good people) which was for 90min with first 45min for technical questions and project discussion and next 45min for solving 2 coding problems in hackerrank platform questions were medium to a bit hard solved both of them, then was invited to another round which was managerial had a good discussion and then the HR calls and says the manager didnt want to move forward because iam switching my current company after 7months, Iam currently working at EPAM and the project iam working on is literally not tolerable and the client treat us poorly(didnt give this reason just told project was ending). So if this was the concern why shortlist me in the first place and take interviews??? all of them were blind and coulnt see the timelines in my resume??? waste of time and energy
