Dell Technologies Finance Development Program interview questions

My interview was taken through the video process by zoom. Two of the senior accountants interviewed me. They simply had my introduced myself and the experiences I had during my college life. One of the interviewer asked me about my opinion for becoming a leader.

The initial interview was a very straightforward behavioral interview, but the on-site interviews were performed in a large open room with curtains separating the interviewees. It turned out to be a very awkward couple of panel interviews. But overall, Dell seemed to be a nice company, and they tour you around their massive campus during the day as well as a bus tour of Austin.
