Delhaize Systems Analyst interview questions

Well, it started out with a phone interview which went well. Then I went in for an in-person interview through a staffing agency. Things went well until the hiring manager thought I was overqualified, and after reassurances that I would not take off in a week, I thought everything was going well. Then they ghosted me completely. No return emails to inquires, voice mails left unanswered. I am thinking I dodged a bullet with an unprofessional company.
