I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Deel in May 2024
Interview
first round with staffing, CV related questions; after a few days, received home task, and arrange for pannel interview. present your homestask to pannels.
After the 1st round interview, I was asked to prepare a home task and arrange next round interview in the system, however, there are no time slot available in the system, i emailed back to HR several time without reply. After more than a week, I finally received email from HR and confirmed the panel interview time via email.
During the panel interview, it seems like both interviewers have decided with another candidate and they need to go through the entire process just for the sake of doing it. they show no interests in what I prepared and presented, very few questions asked to me regarding my past experience and how i am going to do in the new role.
After the panel interview, silent again for more than a week, then got the email from HR requesting Google meet, it turns out that the HR rejected me via video call.
I do appreciate with the staffing manager's kindness but the whole process is a little bit unusual.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Deel (São Paulo, ) in Jan 2026
Interview
Entrevista em 4 etapas. Todas em ingles com o time dos EUA. Conversas bem sinceras e transparentes. Processo muito bom e com updates e atualizações constantes. Parecem ser bem estruturados
First round interview was a screening call and second was supposed to be behavioral, but the morning of my second round interview it was rescheduled and I was then ghosted for two weeks only to chase down the team (with three separate emails) to find out that the position had been filled. Quite an unprofessional process.

What is the most important thing in developing strong partnerships
I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Deel in Dec 2024
Interview
The recruitment process was very fast and clear. I went through four stages: a screening interview, a hiring manager interview, a home task with a presentation, and a final interview with an executive.
I really appreciated the transparency and constructive feedback I got after every step. It was clear the team cared a lot about the role they were recruiting for and engaging throughout the process.
Any time I needed support or had a question, the recruiter and hiring manager responded very quickly, which made the whole experience smooth. Overall, I truly commend how professional and transparent the process was.
