Had a call from a lovely gentleman who sells the company very well and asked the normal questions. Gave my CV to the hiring manager and you are given a home task which I actually feel is the wrong time to do as you haven’t spoken to the hiring manager and my suspicions are they use your ideas. After the home task interview given.
The lady who was interviewing was so unprofessional and didn’t even put her camera on. She was incredibly disrespectful about my 13 year’s experience and totally uninterested.
Safe to say I didn’t get offered the job and and straight after the interview an email was sent regarding how she was. I am sure his charms have to pick up a lot after the lady that interviewed.

Interview
Definition of red flag. Initial screening call was ok. Then comes the first actual interview, which was beyond unprofessional. Interviewer was so clearly preoccupied with something else it was very distracting and not sure if they were even listening. Cherry on top is they make you prepare a presentation UNPAID, that would take hours to do decently.

Interview
The interview process started off efficiently in terms of scheduling the rounds, but unfortunately the communication fell short when it really mattered. Despite attending three separate interviews and investing my time and effort, I was not informed that the position had been offered to someone else. I believe it’s basic courtesy to keep candidates updated, especially when they have dedicated time to your process. This lack of respect and closure left a disappointing impression.
