I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Deel (Londres, Inglaterra) in Feb 2022
Interview
There was a 30 minute online screening call with. Nice and pleasant talk.
Then there was a 3 hour coding home task. Not complicated if you know the stack.
And finally an interview with a director and one of engineers. During the interview it became obvious that the director did not like something. No feedback was given when asked for it.
The hiring process was stopped after this stage. No clarification of the reason.
1 technical interview, then another interview with the team lead, one cultural fit interview with senior management. There was no leetcode at all but conversations and direct questions. Overall interviewee friendly

Interview
The interviewer showed up 5 minutes late and had the most arrogant attitude I have ever experienced in a hiring process. Big red flag. Constantly interrupting me over small details. Demeaning attitude, not a single smile. It's like they wanted me to fail and feel under pressure. It's okay to discuss different views on architecture. But nitpicking the syntax and tiny details was simply not helpful to anyone. If that's the culture, I dodged a bullet.
