I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Deel in Jan 2022
Interview
This was the worst experience I ever had in any interview process. The recruiter was very nice at first and explained to me how the process would go. I had one home task and 3 interviews. All the people that interviewed me seemed distracted, extremely stressed and sometimes rude. Once I finished the process I was completely ignored by the recruiter and never got the result of my process. I find this extremely rude specially because they asked me to deliver a task that took me at least 10h. It is very clear the have a workaholic culture that does not care about people and only focuses on results.

Question 1
How was your process to launch a product in the past?
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Deel in Dec 2021
Interview
I was approached on Linkedin for an interview, had a solide first interview and was asked to complete a home assignment within 7 days. Before my aloted 7 days we're up I recieved a cold automated email that the positon was filled.
I continued to submit my home assignment which was entire project and full scope of work. I emailed and submitted directly to the person I had interviewed with, and inquired about the automated email I had recieved hours earlier.
I never heard back, never recieved a response.
If you're going to ask people to do a prospective job for you without pay, at least email them back personally.
