Decathlon Sales assistente interview questions

I was interviewed by two Department Managers. It was very casual and friendly. Surprisingly, I never heard back from them, despite the fact that I tried to follow up twice -first by email, then calling in and leaving a voice mail. It is common courtesy to get contacted after a face-to-face interview even if the candidate is not successful; disappointing.
