Decathlon interview questions

Smooth and nice experience with to the point questions about previous work experience and personal development. Overall, the interviewer was familiar with the process making it more pleasant and with all the necessary detail asked.

i applied to work at decathlon not in retail but in HQ. they asked me to send in an introduction video so a few days later, i did. however, that same morning after i sent it, they emailed me not even addressing me by name like they did with previous the email, but also told me that they had moved on with another candidate. i really cannot fathom why they did not just update me when they had moved on and instead waited for me to send my video before updating me. it was a complete waste of my time.
