Decathlon interview questions

A friend referred me to the new store that was coming up. A small phone interview and then invited to attend the Decathlon Recruitment Day next week which had various rounds.

usually, phone interview (with HR or manager) to cehck the presentation/english speaking skills of the candidate sometimes candidates are invited for a recruitment day, where other candidates are competing with you. Sport in the morning, presentation of the company and the job, case study,individual itw => recruitment decision otherwise 1 or 2 face to face =>recruitment decision
