Decathlon interview questions

This was a 3-stage interview process, which included a sports-based activity (basketball for me). I believe this was to see how you as a candidate worked with the team, and if the employer thinks you are a good fit for the team.

Applied via LinkedIn and received call from HRBP for 1st interview which was done via phone. 2nd interview which is technically the last round, I was called down to their office. Interviewed with 2 hiring managers and they said they will revert in 2 weeks but it’s past that and there is no update. HM we’re friendly and nice. I guess the recruiter should take initiative to get feedback and update on outcome rather than ghosting the candidate.
