They were very quick to make the initial contact and arrange an interview. Initially, very professional and competent. They were not very professional during the interview, they then ghosted. Poor experience.

Question 1
Just one. They asked what I knew about the Company, and then left the floor open for me to ask them questions for the remainder of the interview. Strangest interview I've attended.
I applied online. I interviewed at Decathlon (Marcianise) in Mar 2023
Interview
Un colloquio di gruppo pre selettivo;
step successivo, quello individuale.

Question 1
Quali sono i tuoi pregi e difetti? Come affronteresti un “ conflitto “ con un collega?
I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Decathlon (Montecatini-Terme) in Sep 2019
Interview
First you get a call from the interviewer asking if you are itnerested in exploring the possibility of working for Decathlon and also asking some general questions about sports, passions, and the like. Once at the in-person interview, you are alone with the store manager or deputy. I was asked the same initial questions asked over the phone and then asked whether or not I was a student and what my job intentions were. After that they "tested" me by asking me how I would solve an organizational problem of a new collection proposed by the store. Specifically where I would relocate this collection being in between two types of sports. I gave my argometric answer and they let me out right after that. As they walked me to the door, I was asked more questions always related to my expectations and ambitions, I guess to see if I was serious about working for them.
