The recruitment day was creative and fun. It's a combination of classical interview and the group interview. What make the difference is that everyone practice sport together and do some other challenging activities during recruitment day. The candidates are observed for their behaviour during the day.

3 rounds, HR interview, group challenge and individual interview, but the process is very flexible and change quickly depending on teams. The group challenge is fun, you get to divide into 2 teams as supplier and customers and negotiate with each other
