There will be a telephonic interview with the HR followed by an 1 on 1 interview with the department head
The next round would be 'Sports recruitment day' where there would be physical test and many games to be played. This is to check if u are really a sports man . Then once this round is cleared you will have a final round of interview where all the department managers (around 10) will take a interview , i.e, 10 on 1 ..
