Decathlon Customer Service Representative interview questions

Initially contacted via LinkedIn by recruiter Tom who has been super professional and followed through on every promise. Two interviews, one hour each during which the atmosphere was very professional, positive and informal

The interview process was very informal. I received a phone call, answered a few questions an was then invited for a face to face meeting. I could clearly see that the interviewer was not following any standard or protocol. She was very friendly and fired the questions away randomly. At the end of the interview I felt I had made a friend though. Very relaxing environment.
