Interview
I applied for the seasonal stylist position online and took a personality quiz which was about 30 mins. The next day I got a phone call to arrange for the interview. Three days later, I went the store for the interview. The lady there is very friendly and asked me some basic information like self-introduction, related experience, why I want work here. Very basic. And then she gave me a paper about the commission and told me to consider for this job.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at David's Bridal (Memphis, TN) in Nov 2012
Interview
very open and friendly yet professional. Highly motivated and customer driven. The work atmosphere and presentation was grand and they made a point to let every applicant know that was something that wasn't going to be sacrificed. No matter the issue at hand you will always always be required to remain a professional.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at David's Bridal (Tallahassee, FL) in Jun 2014
Interview
The interview process is based upon physical perception. If the management likes your positive attitude, not overly perky output and the way you speak, you have the job. The experience overall is a nice one but it does not allow room for growth within the company so whatever position you interview for, be prepare to stay in until you leave the company.
