I got a call from the company pretty fast after I sent in my application, I had an interview with the sales manager and then the next day I went in again with the store manager.

Interview

I had a pretty easy interview. Was asked about certain situations when it came to customer service both how did I make a customer happy and how did I turn an upset customer around. Was also asked if I had ever had a conflict with a co-worker and how I handled it.
