I applied online. I interviewed at David's Bridal (Rockville, MD) in May 2017
Interview
It was a fairly casual interview. The manager started talking about the position and what was expected. She continued to ask questions about my past employment, skills, etc. I heard back from them within a few days.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at David's Bridal (Conshohocken, PA) in Feb 2019
Interview
Applying for the role was very simple through David's Bridal career portal. The interview process was very detailed and in depth. I went through a series of interviews over a 2-month period (this is standard for larger companies, and the interview process may differ depending on the role). Every interviewer that I encountered was very professional and sincere -- they showed a genuine interest in me and my skill set; which is imperative. Interviewers also took interest in individual/ team work styles, leadership qualities and evaluated strengths. The Talent Acquisition team I worked with was fantastic! They kept me looped in on the process and were excellent with following up. Overall, the interview process went very smooth and I highly recommend applying to a position of interest.
Most questions and conversations revolved around work competencies, how you interact with others, previous experiences relevant to the current role and more importantly what you can bring to the role and company.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at David's Bridal (Kennesaw, GA) in Sep 2018
Interview
A few days after submitting my application, I got called in by the manager of this store for an in-person interview. The interview lasted 30 minutes max. and I was offered the job on the spot. I then had to fill out some paperwork before training.
