Average interview process went in the store and meet the store manager. It was very relaxed and not stressful at all. Walked around and watched a stylist for a few minutes.
You do a group interview and then a one-on-one with the manager. They asked a lot of behavioral questions to see your response to difficult situations. I would say talk as much as you can about how you enjoy helping the customer have an experience and that wedding events are something that you want to be able to make lasting and positive memories for them.

very straight forward and knew I would hear from them soon before leaving. Asked simple interview questions. They are looking for costumer service oriented people and answering questions to appeal to that will help greatly.
