David's Bridal interview questions

Filled out application last Thursday . Got a call the following Wednesday asking for an interview. Thursday had a 1:1 interview with the store manager . Next day was a interview with the DM. Shortly after a offer was made. Also, she offered other positions that were available in the store. Both asked basic questions concerning, job history,school history, and " tell me about your self " type questions.

They do believe in you dressing for the job, so please, even if just picking up an application, dress professionally. After returning the application, I was called 4 days later by the assistant manager who asked me a couple of questions over the phone. She then scheduled me a one on one interview with the store manager. At this interview, she explained that they do seek sales experience and that you must be driven. Also need to be able to manage a high traffic environment. Because she really liked me, she gave me a couple of pointers for the next interview with the district manager. After meeting with her, they offered me the job on the spot.
