Interview
Was contacted by a very good recruiter who told me everything I wanted to hear. Was scheduled for a face to face interview with the District Manager and Store Manager. After that was scheduled a phone interview with the Regional Vice President. Was later contacted by the Store Manager with an offer. The whole process took 2-3 weeks.

Question 1
They are now using People's Answers (personality test) to interview candidates. However when I applied and was hired they were using behavioral interview questions. Asking specifics on metrics I had previously been in charge of at past jobs. Such as Loss Prevention and Shrink results and profits and losses in context of business.

Interview
Was called to come in for an interview for a seasonal Junior Stylist. When I got there, it ended up being a group interview. We were all asked about ourselves and our past experience. We were asked about a time when we had to use team work. After that we were told how much the pay was, and what the job would entail. We were all told that we would be hired depending on a reference check. I was called within 3 hours of leaving saying that I was hired and given a start date. Came back in a couple days later to fill out paperwork. I took this job for a part time job to supplement my full time job income. So I began working evenings and weekends. After one month of working I was promoted to Stylist (Consultant) and given the opportunity to makes sales and commission. I am still working there along with my full time job.
