you have to take a test to get an interview. the interview is typical retail questions. They expect you to learn the product quickly so there were lots of questions regarding types of fabric and if you know those materials and questions about style choice.

I was called and had an interview about one week after I applied online. The first interview was the sewing test. She asked me what experience I had with sewing/alterations and what hours I was available to work. I then took in a dress with beading and also replaced an invisible zipper during the test. They give you dresses that do not go to the customer to work on, so no worries if a mistake is made. Then about a week later I had an interview with the store manager. So the entire process took about 2 1/2 - 3 weeks before I knew if I had the job or not.
