the hiring process went along quickly, applied then asked to take personality quiz online had to provide three references which they did call called back to meet district manager of the store and while there also interviewed by the store manager asked usual behavioral questions, hypothetical what if scenarios passed those and called within a week and was offered position

Interview
Previous to the interview, there was a short on the phone interview with the hiring manager where she asked a few screening questions like my availability and what I had done in a challenging situation. The interviews are no long online or on zoom, my interview involved going into store. During the in person interview I spoke with the in-store manger. The interview was relaxed yet professional and lasted about 30 minutes.
