It was straight forward and low-key. They asked simple questions and they were really hands on with getting you started. I did have to contact them to find out if I got the job or not though.

I first submitted an online application and was invited in for an interview shortly after. The interview itself was supposed to take about 30 minutes, but went for about an hour. My interviewer was quite nice, but she was required to go through a several pages long questionnaire to guide the interview; some of the questions were a little repetitive or difficult to come up with an answer readily. After my first interview, I was emailed to fill out a second questionnaire. I thought this second questionnaire was an insufficient measure of my opinions; it didn't allow for any nuanced answers.
