Interview
First you have to apply on line at their website,
If you are considered for the job, you receive an invitation by phone or e-mail to go at the store at a specific date end time.
then you have a collective interview with the store manager and one of the floor manager at the same time they will ask you to s[eak a little bir about your self and after they will ask scenarios questions to each applicant.
If you are chosen, they will call you the next day.

What would you do when the brides entourage dosen't like the dress that feels to her like THE dress of her dream ?
I went in to an in-person interview at one store - was a group interview so make sure your answers stand out. I then was called a couple days later from a different David’s Bridal (one that was actually closer to my house) and was offered the job.

Interview
Spoke with the store manager about my personal experience and skills etc. Was told to do a second interview but due to my moving I didn't do the interview. Overall the people were very nice.

It was a group interview - we were basically asked questions (round table format). They told us about the values of David's Bridal and how they operated.
The sales manager asked us about our retail and personal experiences, what we could bring to the table.
