Interview
Rep contacted me after finding my resume on indeed. Connected me with my nearest store and scheduled an interview. It was a group interview with basic availability, scenarios, and personality questions. The other girl in the interview knew the hiring manager so I sensed a lot of favoritism already. I knew I wouldn’t accept the job if it was offered.

Easy process but took 2-3 average weeks to hear back from employer. They will ask you about tell me about a time but overall is a very easy interview process

Interview
It was a very straightforward and standard interview. Lots of the questions involved previous work experience, skills, and abilities that would be relevant to the position in question. It was one on one, directly with the store manager. It’s an overall very relaxed, professional setting.

In your history, working in customer service, what is one memorable moment, where you faced a challenge and were able to succeed in resolving the issue at hand?
Simple! Manager knew what she was looking for and did not mind that I needed weekends only employment. There was only one interview since I was hired on the spot and started working 2 weeks later.
