I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at David's Bridal (Westbury, NY) in Apr 2011
Interview
I was very nervous for the interview but I didn't need to be. The manager asked me basic questions when I met with her, she was friendly but serious. Questions included, "how did you hear about us?" "why should I hire you?" Most of the talking was done by her and it was morre like szhe was telling me about the store, showing me the dresses and the layout. She asked me about my sales skills, previous experiance, etc. She liked my answers I could tell because she told me that I'd be getting a phone call from the store manager. I recieved the call and spoke to this manager, who was very insistant that I do my best at the job. I was turned off by this, and recieved an offer elsewhere, so I took that one. The receptionist I think was very nice.

Interview
It was very easy and I felt comfortable with the interviewer. They gave expectations of the work load, the goals, and asked comprehensive questions. The interviewer put my mind at ease and made me feel welcome.
Had a nice time. They were very sweet and were curious about my work history and gave potential scenarios for me to answer. Overall, seems like a nice place to work if looking for part time opportunity.
