Asked questions about my skills, comfortableness with clients. One thing I wish would of been discussed with me was commission and dress code. Managers have still not said anything to me about either-I've had to ask others staff members.

Question 1
How would you handle a difficult situation where a bride loved a particular dress but her mother with her did not enjoy it and really put pressure on her to pick others?
It was very straightforward - they looked over my resume and asked a few questions. It was just a few minutes long and largely entailed them going over the position and the schedule.

It was a super easy interview process. Went in for one interview and was hired within a week. This was my first job and I had no experience in sales prior to this.

What is your biggest weakness and how are you trying to overcome it?
An hour process with questions about personality/styling. They made you select a bridal outfit to get a sense of your style. They also asked basic interview questions like strengths/weaknesses and more.
