I applied in-person. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at David's Bridal
Interview
Applied online for CSR and within a week, got a call to come in for the first interview. It was a group interview with 7 girls in total and the store manager. Simple questions and really only took about 20 minutes. We were told that if they wanted to continue to hiring process for us that we would hear from them within a few days. Only downside was I didn't get any call for about 3 weeks which made me feel like I wasn't hired. I ended up going into the store to pick up my sisters wedding dress and the next day I got a call to come in for a second interview.
The second interview was longer than the first and was with one of the Assistant store managers. Tough questions but definitely nothing anyone can't answer. She then said she would love for me to come in for a third interview the next day. (This shocked me because I was applying for CSR originally and that was a two interview position.) I agreed and went in the next day.
The third interview was with another Assistant store manager who asked similar questions as in the second. She then asked if I felt better about a CSR position or Stylist. I told her CSR but I'd feel comfortable with either. She then recommended me as Stylist and asked for me to come in to observe the store.
Really friendly people working there and definitely excited to start working.
If you had a customer on the phone, a customer walking to the welcome desk and a customer at a register and you are the only CSR on the floor, why do you do?
