Databricks Software Developer interview questions

Applied online. Then they scheduled a karat.io interview which was really bad. Karat.io experience was awful. Do not get me wrong, I'm not bad at algorithms interviews, I've seen and solved FAANG interview questions. The karat.io interviewer was not an engineer (was not doing software engineering as a full-time job) and the whole interview was really awkward. Hopefully, Databricks considers moving to real interviews soon.

Had an initial phone screen with a recruiter. Shortly after that was set up with a technical phone screen with an engineer. The interview was pretty standard. Everyone was pleasant, upbeat and helpful throughout. I received an email shortly after that they decided to not move forward.
